A new survey reveals the joys and sorrows of life 2600 meters closer to the stars.
The 2017 Citizen Perception Survey results are out. Organized by Bogotá Cómo Vamos, an independent organization dedicated to monitoring changes in life and governmental quality in Bogotá, 1,506 citizens were interviewed about aspects of Bogota life in detailed 30-minute face-to-face interviews.
